I was initially hoping to stay at the resort but took a chance with the Airbnb and boy am I glad I did this! Fantastic home amazing hosts and unbeatable location. SO close to the village, we didn't have to drive anywhere! we biked everywhere (the house has a large selection of bikes) and had a great time with our two kids and dog. Ideal location amazing hosts and gorgeous house!!

This was our first trip with a baby and the cabin was the perfect place! Great location, crib and washer and dryer was a plus, SHARC passes included, and they were very quick and friendly with communications which made everything as easy as it gets. Even worked us in for an additional day when we inquired about extending our stay. Hoping to come back soon!!

Pam & Vic's home was even nicer than the photos! The location was perfect for quick trips to the shops, and the house offered plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the hot tub was a huge hit. We made wonderful memories and will definitely be back for a future girls' trip!

This is a great place to stay in Sunriver! Close to the Village for food/entertainment as well as the aquatic center. Our kids loved the bikes and hot tub. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in Sunriver given the location.

A great stay for 8 of us. The house is only 5min walk away from the grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the aquatic center and biking in the woods a lot in the summer. The host is very friendly and helpful

I can't begin to say how thankful we are for Pam and Vic! After being evacuated from a wildfire they accomidated us same day with an EARLY check-in too! They were beyond helpful and thoughtful. This was just what we needed during a stressful time and we are so thankful for a safe place to sleep that was so relaxing. Great location, AMAZING bathtub 🛁 and the garage was fantastic to be able to use. Will stay again for sure when we need a break from the hustle of life and 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to sunriver! Fantastic location that made it so easy to pop over and grab a coffee or breakfast too!

Our family of 7 (3 generations ) plus our pup had a wonderful experience at this place. The location is walkable to the village grocery store, restaurants, and shops which was super convenient. Because you’re so close, there is a lot of activity -easy access to the bike trails and the large selection of bikes was awesome, we were all able to find ones that worked for us. Hot tub was large and an awesome part of our stay. The ShARC passes were a wonderful addition to make our stay memorable.

This is the perfect place to get away for a few days. The house is in an amazing location in Sunriver, just a few minutes away (walking) from the shops and a short bike ride to the pool. The house is a perfect setup, with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the A/C was nice to have on a hot weekend! Pam and Vic were amazing hosts and were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions.

The location of the property was excellent. The village is just across the road/tunnel. We very much appreciated the extras like beach towels bikes and kitchen essentials. Host communication was just right! Book it!

The location of the house can’t be beat – within just a few minutes by foot or bike you can arrive to the village and grocery shop, dine out, shop for souvenirs or have ice cream. There are enough bikes and helmets for the whole family, and access to the biking trails is just out the front or back door.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is enough space for the whole family to spread out.

If you’re looking for a great location with lots to do and that is kid and dog friendly, don’t hesitate to book this house!

House, it is so close to all of the restaurants and shops you can see the country store from the porch, the house is very comfortable and clean. Hosts are very responsive. The bikes and bike pump with all the helmets are great. There were 10 sharc passes also. A great place to spend time with family or friends. We will be returning! Thank you!

Pam and Vics place is great. It is centrally located near the village but extremely quite at the same time. You walk out the door and you are on bike paths and just a few minutes walk to the general store and all the village amenities. For those travelling with kids, the proximity to amenities will keep them busy and happy. SHARC passes provide access to the aquatic center which is a quick drive or bike away. The house is well appointed with several TVs which can be connected to streaming services. The beds, linens, and pillows are comfortable and clean. Had we not had competing plans, we would have extended out stay.

Pam and Vic were great hosts. Easy communication and incredibly accommodating. The location couldn’t be better. Quick walk through the tunnel and you are at the Sunriver Village. Fully stocked - even more than your average Airbnb. Our multi-generational family of 7 had plenty of space. We would definitely go back.

We have a truly wonderful stay with our kids. The location is great - the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful(saw lots of deer everyday which was so entertaining for the kids). We were right across the street from everything we could need at the Village and had direct access to all the trails. Pam and Vic were so accommodating and communicative. They got us everything we needed prior to even getting there! They were really amazing! Can't wait to stay again!

The place was clean and comfortable. Pam and Vic left clear instructions and even set up the pack n’ play for our little one, which was so kind as we arrived quite late.

Our family is always looking for a house close to the village, so the Village Hideout was perfect. Very clean, and the rooms and layout are exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future.

Great house with all the amenities! Very close to Sunriver village with literally a three minute walk to the Sunriver store and all the restaurants located there. My father needed space to store his RV and the driveway was perfectly suited for this. Pam and Vic were very helpful in leading us to the permits we needed in order to make this happen!

We were in for a multi-day tennis tournament and while we all live relatively local, we didn't want to make the 30 minute drive back and forth and wanted to have a place to hang out during the day. When our matches Saturday got rained out and rescheduled for Sunday, they were very accommodating in allowing us to extend on short notice. The place was great and well stocked! Will definitely keep it on the radar for future trips to Sunriver!

Amazing stay! We were here for a ski trip to Mt.Bachelor. Plenty of space for the six of us. The place is clean and location is perfect. Easy to get around. Hot tub + star gazing is essential after a day on the slopes. We would book again!

This was our second stay at Kinglet’s Nest, and it continues to be our favorite spring break spot in Sunriver. It is a perfect home for families and makes everything feel easy from the moment you arrive.

The house was exactly as described and very clean. The bedding was comfortable, and everyone slept well. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we enjoyed using the BBQ for a few simple meals.

The bikes were a hit with both kids and adults, and the SHARC passes were a great bonus. The hot tub was perfect after a long day, and the fireplace made the evenings especially cozy.

Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and everything was easy to use. Pam & Vic have done a great job with thoughtful upgrades and are very responsible and attentive hosts.

We had a great time staying at this Kinglet home. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, great BBQ, easy communication with the owners, well located as well. Easy check in and check out.The only minor issue was that the vinyl floors left everyone with dirty feet -- an easy fix for the owners to clean for future guests. Of the 6 bikes, a couple of them had tire issues that the owner volunteered to cover rentals while they get them fixed. We did not take advantage of that -- but it was so nice of them to offer.Overall, we had a great time staying here and recommend it for any family or group time to share.

We booked this property for a friends 30th birthday. 5 adults, a 2 years old, and a dog and we all enjoyed out stay immensely! Property location was perfect, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen and the hot tub!

We are a group of 7 adults who wanted a quick nature getaway. We loved our stay at Kinglet's Nest! The house was spacious and clean. The amenities were as described. The hot tub was LOVELY, easy to use, and clean. We also loved riding the bikes and playing ping pong. So much thought has gone into setting up this home. We will keep Kinglet Nest in mind for future stays!

Had an awesome stay for a ski trip at bachelor. 30 minutes to the mountain give or take and it was nice to have a hot tub awaiting us at home. Host were awesome enough to provide us with an early check-in upon request. Communication was great and all the beds were cozy. The value was definitely right for this property. We had 7 people and a dog and everyone felt right at home. Would stay again.

...Including snow, which I had hoped for our family get together the week after Christmas. We were welcomed into the home by a Christmas tree which was an unexpected surprise! Nicely remodeled and decorated. Very clean. Kitchen which was well stocked with cookware, utensils and ample dishware and glasses for a large group. The rooms were individually heated which was a bonus since each of us has individual preferences and we made full use of the gas fireplace in the living room. The furniture was comfortable which is not necessarily true of all rentals and the beds and bedding, I thought, were exceptional. The host, Vic, was quick to respond to questions and easy to deal with which we appreciated.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely book again.

Our stay at Pam & Vic's was great. The space was perfect to accommodate our group. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the bikes they provided, which was perfect to explore Sunriver. Pam & Vic were very responsive on any questions we had. I would highly recommend their home to anyone looking at visiting Sunriver.

My family of 8 took a trip to Sunriver at the end of July and it was amazing. The house is perfect, clean and has all the amenities. Everything we needed to cook and bbq was in the kitchen. We loved biked riding almost everyday and it was so nice to have bikes for everyone and the two litttles were able to go in the bike trailer. I loved getting up every morning and running on the trails. We river rafted, hiked, biked and loved spending the later afternoons at the awesome pool. The village area had great bakeries, ice cream and restaurants. The owners were great and very responsive with any questions that I had!!! My only piece of advice would be to make sure you buy the majority of the food/groceries that you will need before you get there. I had to do some shopping at the local grocery store and the prices are quite expensive right in the village area.

Our family of 8 plus a baby loved it. We had deer playing in the back yard several times. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed to make lasagna, breakfast/bacon/pancakes. We used the grill for hamburgers and chicken. The crib for the baby was a lifesaver. We had fun exploring the community on the bicycles. This is a great location to reach activities in: Bend, Crater Lake, High Desert Museum (it has animals for the kids), Lava Tube Cave, and a small water park.

It was a lovely home. They (Pam & Vic) went above and beyond to keep us “COOL” in the heat of the Summer, & their response to our myriad of questions was unmatched. We hope to stay here again when it is not so hot 🥵. Perhaps late Fall. The beds were all comfy & pillows too. & they thought of everything you could possibly want or need. The kitchen was well equipped & stocked & made cooking dinner easy as being home. The floor plan would be perfect for a family with children with a loft with a sofa & TV away from the main TV. All the bedrooms had their own TVs which was especially nice. All the bedrooms had ceiling & overhead fans which really help with the heat. Pam & Vic had suggested opening the windows to get a cross breeze going. All & all we could not have asked for a more beautiful home to stay in or had a better time. We all hope to come back !

Sunriver is a beautiful location and the home was located within mins (driving) to ‘The Village’ and ‘The SHARC’ which passes are included with the stay and what a fun place to spend the day at especially this time of year when it’s so warm! That place is great!

Each bedroom was clean and each closet had extras of anything you may need. Each room had its own tv which was nice at bedtime - you can access your own account for streaming services or use the ROKU option the tv has or even bring your own dvds. The bed we slept in was so comfortable! The teen boys said they slept great in theirs as well.

The bathrooms were clean and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion was available in each one!

The kitchen was a life saver for time and money! Fully stocked, every thing you need to cook is there which made eating there easier on time and saved a lot of money from eating out!

We will be back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful home in Sunriver offered by Pam and Vic. The house is “loaded” and was a super good location for a meet up with old friends. The house is clean and fully stocked with linens, blankets and all the items needed for a really good visit.

The bikes and hot tub and other provided activities were nice - and the fireplace was a spot we tended to gather around often.

Really a nice and comfortable place and beautiful setting in the quiet part of Sunriver.

It was a joy staying at Pam & Vic’s house. We have been to Sunriver before but we had the most memorable stay this time around. First of all, host is super responsive and had thought of everything. House can easily accommodate 8 or more guests, kitchen is spacious and well equipped for large groups. Kids REALLY loved the game room! Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and check out. A Graco high chair was really helpful and showed host’s thoughtfulness. We didn’t get a chance to grill, but we enjoyed family time in the pergola. Would definitely book with them again!

We had an amazing stay at Pam and Vic's home! The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, safe, and full of activities for both adults and kids. The views were stunning, and the daily visits from deer quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip.

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our group of nine with room to spare. The kids loved having their beds together in one room it felt like a giant sleepover every night. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The only issue we had was the upstairs AC not cooling properly, but Pam and Vic responded immediately. They kept us updated, brought portable AC units, and made sure we were comfortable while the issue was being resolved. They even compensated us without us asking, which showed how much they care about their guests.

They have thoughtfully set it up to be a clean and relaxing space with options to enjoy grilling/eating outside, sitting by the fireplace on cooler evenings and lots of room for everyone.
